Set up edge+ Pay the right way from day one.

Work through the key terminal settings once and we'll configure the rest. The form is split into practical steps so it's clear what matters and what can wait until follow-up.

Before you start

  • Use Hospitality only if you need tips and split transactions.
  • Keep receipt header and footer short so they print cleanly.
  • You can send staff account details separately after submission.
  • A clear logo file is enough if you want branded terminal screens.
What happens next

We review, configure and confirm.

Once submitted, edge+ checks the settings, follows up only where needed and sets the terminal profile accordingly.

User permissions

By default we create one Supervisor and one User. If you want more user accounts, email staff names, four-digit staff codes, permission level and back office access to support@edge-plus.uk after submitting this form.
